1. Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you confirm it.

2. Delivery

We ship every order from our store in Florence with a tracked courier. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 7 working days. After you place your order you receive a confirmation email; when it is shipped you receive a second email with the tracking number. Delivery times depend on the destination.

3. Duties and taxes

For deliveries in the European Union, duties and taxes are included in the price, so you will not pay anything more on delivery. The European Union countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

For all other destinations the price does not include import duties and local taxes: the courier may ask you to pay them to release your parcel from customs. We cannot know the exact amount in advance, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.

4. Returns

To return a product, please read our Refund policy.
